TRAINING COURSE
NOTICE:
The CM/ECF Training Database will be temporarily unavailable, January 4th – January 8th due to a software upgrade to NextGen CM/ECF. To partcipate in training, please complete the Approved Personal Financial Management Provider Registration/Waiver Form.
The Approved Personal Financial Management Course Provider may be used by providers approved by the United States Trustee to file Personal Financial Management Course Completion Certificate in CM/ECF.
WAIVER REQUEST
If you have filed electronically in another CM/ECF bankruptcy court, you may request waiver to obtain an Approved Personal Financial Management Course Provider login and password to CM/ECF.
An individual must complete:
1. Approved Personal Financial Management Course Provider Registration Form
2. Submit six Notice of Electronic Filings (NEF's), from the past six months, demonstrating successful electronic document filings with a CM/ECF bankruptcy court in another district.
The form also certifies that you have read the court's Electronic Case Filing Procedures and Chamber Copy Requirements and Division Procedures and are an approved provider of a post-petition instructional course concerning personal financial management in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1007(c).

The court will not accept paper copies of the above documents. All documentation must be submitted as a PDF. Please e-mail all documentation to: ecf_training@canb.uscourts.gov.
